Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Include a photo of the damaged item(s) in your email so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Return Authorization and Refunds

Please note that return authorizations and refunds will not be granted if items are not in their original, sealed condition, or if the original packaging has been opened or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
